Online Blood Bank Management System

This project was my first encounter with a category of software development where the stakes of a wrong record are not inconvenience but risk. Designing the blood bank system forced me to think about information integrity, clinical workflow support, and the gap between a technically correct system and one that clinical staff can use accurately under pressure. It introduced questions that now form part of my interest in Health Informatics: how do you design information systems for high-stakes, time-sensitive environments where the user may not be technically fluent and the cost of error is high?
